Terra Gold is a Santa Barbara-based acupuncturist whose treatments weave in functional medicine practices, frequency medicine, integrative medicine checks and balances, longevity health support, while combining TCM-Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nutritional Guidance, Acupressure, Magnet Therapy and herbal support for her patients.
In Addition, Terra is an internationally-renowned Yoga Therapist, a music recording artist and a music and film producer.
Terra has taught yoga therapies since 1995. For over two decades she has trained yoga therapists and yoga teachers. As a licensed herbalist trained in Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and western nutrition, she curates personalized nutritional programs for each patient and is the founder of the Terra Wellness medicinal remedies. She has been a healer behind the scenes for her Hollywood and Montecito, CA clientele for 30 years.
