Below are a number of breath work practices that are great for using with, or without, vocal yoga therapy or meditation practices following.  Most of these have been used for thousands of years to induce a parasympathetic nervous system (calming) response.​ These are examples of some of the practices I teach with individuals and groups when booked for intuitive meditation and breath work training.
